As a Licensed Dietitian (LD) and Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) through the American Nutrition Association, I hold two of the most advanced credentials in the field of nutrition. These designations require a masterβs degree, 1,000+ hours of supervised clinical practice, successful completion of a national board exam, and ongoing continuing education to stay current with the latest research.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including professional athletes, corporate professionals, high-level executives, parents with demanding schedules, college students, and individuals with complex health conditions. My work is highly goal-oriented, with a strong focus on measurable, sustainable outcomes.
My approach is both strategic and supportive, blending evidence-based clinical nutrition with a deep respect for the mindβbody connection and our relationship to the natural world and food. Whether the goal is digestive health, energy, hormone balance, or metabolic health, we create plans that are realistic, personalized, and built to last.
In addition to clinical practice, I mentor and supervise CNS candidates through the American Nutrition Association, helping guide the next generation of board-certified nutrition professionals.

How the Process Works:

Weβll start with a free 15-minute call to get to know each other, talk through your goals, and see if weβre a good fit. Youβll share whatβs going on, and Iβll explain how I can help support you through personalized nutrition and lifestyle.

Next, weβll meet over Zoom to walk through a customized plan Iβve created just for youβbased on your lab work (if available), your detailed intake, and everything you shared during our discovery call. This plan is goal-oriented and designed to get results, but the process will also feel supportive and doable.
This is a collaborative approach. If something doesnβt feel realistic or aligned, weβll adjust it together. Youβre the expert on your bodyβmy role is to guide you with the tools, insight, and experience to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

This phase is where the real transformation happens. Weβll virtually meet every week to track progress, adjust your plan as needed, and work through anything thatβs getting in the way. Most plans last around three monthsβenough time to build lasting habits, shift body composition, and see meaningful changes in labs and how you feel.
Consistent coaching and accountability are keyβtheyβre what turn a plan into real, sustainable results. Communication between check-ins is always encouraged. You donβt have to wait for our next session to ask questions or get support. Weβre in this together, and that ongoing connection is what helps make the changes stick.

After the initial phase, many clients choose to keep checking inβweekly, monthly, or as needed. Health isnβt static, and these follow-up sessions give you space to reassess, make adjustments, and stay aligned with your goals as life shifts.
You set the pace. Whether you want regular accountability or just a place to regroup when things change, ongoing support helps keep your progress on track and your plan working for real life.

Your metabolism is shaped by far more than food. Thatβs why we take a whole-body approachβaddressing the nervous system, sleep, movement, toxic burden, and more. We support stress resilience, enhance detox pathways, and incorporate restorative practices like breathwork or meditation when helpful. Because the body is interconnected, our work has to be too.
