WHY NUTRITION MATTERS

With so much conflicting information out there, it can be overwhelming to navigate how to feed ourselves and our families. Nutrition is the foundation of our health. It is also a complex science. The food we eat has tremendous potential to heal, repair and nourish—and to harm! We must choose wisely. Three times a day, at every meal, we have the opportunity to use food as a complex remedy, one our bodies crave for repair, growth and maintenance of their highest potential. Conversely, every time we eat, we also have the opportunity to feed ourselves foods that negatively impact our health, contributing to a plethora of chronic physical and mental conditions. My goal is to guide you in how to nourish yourself in a way that lays a firm foundation for your unique wellness needs.
