Detox Immunity Bath

Taking a detox immunity bath once a week can provide numerous health benefits. This type of bath uses carefully selected ingredients to help the body flush out toxins, improve immunity, reduce inflammation, and aid in muscle recovery.

Ingredients:

-2 cups Epsom salt (UNSCENTED)

-32 oz 3% hydrogen peroxide

-8-10 drops of ginger essential oil (optional)

Instructions:

1. Fill a large bathtub with warm water, making sure that the water is deep enough to cover your knees.

2. Add the Epsom salt and hydrogen peroxide to the water.

3. If using, add 8-10 drops of essential oil to the bath.

4. Stir the bath with your hand until the ingredients are fully dissolved.

5. Soak your entire body in the bath for 20-30 minutes.

6. After the bath, hydrate with 20 oz of water supplemented with a high-quality electrolyte product.
